Dr. Tariq Nawar has practiced as an arbitrator, adjudicating more than twenty arbitration cases assigned to him by the esteemed Ajman Federal Court of First Instance, the esteemed Ajman Federal Civil Court of Appeal, as well as the Ajman Arbitration and Dispute Resolution Chamber and the Ras Al Khaimah Arbitration and Dispute Resolution Chamber. His duties have varied between chairing the arbitration panel or acting as an arbitrator appointed by one of the parties to the dispute, whether the claimant or the respondent.
